Pricing Guide
How interior costs are worked out — and how to plan a budget that matches what you want.
There is no single price for “interiors”. Two kitchens of the same size can differ widely in cost depending on materials, hardware and the number of drawers. This guide explains what drives the cost so you can plan with confidence.
What drives the cost
Scope
Which rooms and items are included — kitchen, wardrobes, TV unit, storage, ceilings, lighting and décor.
Size & layout
Running length of cabinets, wardrobe wall area and the carpet area of the home.
Materials & finish level
Carcass grade, shutter finish (laminate, acrylic, PU, veneer) and countertop material.
Hardware & accessories
Hinges, channels, lift-ups, corner units and organisers.
Site work
False ceiling, electrical changes, painting, civil and plumbing work.
Site conditions
Existing wall and floor conditions, access and working-hour restrictions.
Finish levels
Essential, Premium or Luxury
The same layout can be built at different finish levels. Many homes mix them — premium where it is seen, essential where it is not.
Essential
Durable, practical materials and reliable hardware with clean, simple detailing.
Premium
Upgraded shutter finishes, better hardware and accessories, and more lighting and detailing.
Luxury
Premium surfaces such as acrylic, PU, veneer and stone-finish, bespoke detailing and top-tier hardware.

Complete Home Interiors
The cost of a complete home depends on the number of rooms in scope, carpet area, how much built-in storage you need, the finish level of shutters and hardware, and site work such as false ceiling, electrical changes, painting and civil work. We share an itemised estimate after the first design consultation and a detailed quotation once the design is finalised.
Modular Kitchens
Kitchen cost is driven mainly by running length of cabinets, the number of drawers and specialised fittings (tall units, corner mechanisms, pull-outs), the shutter finish, the countertop material and appliances. Choosing a premium finish only for visible shutters while keeping internal hardware high quality is often the best balance.
Wardrobes
Wardrobe cost depends on the wall area (width × height), whether you add a loft, the number of drawers and internal accessories, the opening type (sliding systems cost more than hinges) and the shutter finish.
Living Room Interiors
The living room budget is shaped by the size of the TV/feature wall and its finish, how much storage you need, the false ceiling area and lighting design, and any loose furniture or décor included in scope.
Bedroom Interiors
Bedroom cost is driven by the wardrobe (usually the largest item), the bed and headboard design, any study or dressing unit, and the lighting and ceiling work included.
TV Units
TV unit cost depends on the wall width and height covered, the panelling material, the console length and number of drawers, and lighting.
False Ceiling & Lighting
Ceiling cost depends on the area covered and the design complexity (plain, cove, multi-level or feature). Lighting cost depends on the number and type of fixtures and controls.
Pooja Room
Pooja unit cost depends on the size and type (room, wall unit or niche), the finish and any CNC or back-lit detailing.
Home Office
Home office cost depends on desk size, storage required, finishes and any acoustic or lighting upgrades.
Home Automation
Automation cost depends on the number of circuits and devices controlled, the brand ecosystem, curtain motors and sensors. Planning it during the interior project avoids rework later.
Renovation & Civil Work
Renovation cost depends heavily on what is found on site — the condition of existing plumbing, wiring and surfaces — as well as the scope of change. A site survey comes before any detailed estimate.
Storage Solutions
Storage cost depends on the size of each unit, finishes and internal accessories.
Custom Furniture
Custom furniture cost depends on size, frame and upholstery materials and detailing.
Home Décor
Décor budgets vary widely with fabric choice and the number of pieces. We can work to a fixed décor budget.
Budget tips
Getting more from your budget
- Invest in the kitchen and wardrobes first — they work hardest every day.
- Keep hardware quality high even if you choose simpler shutter finishes.
- Plan electrical and ceiling work once, with the furniture layout.
- Add décor and loose furniture in a second phase if needed.
How much do home interiors cost?
It depends on the scope (which rooms and items), the size of your home, the materials and finish level, hardware, and site work such as false ceiling or electrical changes. We share an itemised estimate after the first design consultation, and our cost calculator can help you plan.
Is the online cost calculator a quotation?
No. Any range shown is indicative only. Your quotation is prepared after design and depends on measured site conditions and selected materials.
