Warranty Information

This document is a starting draft prepared for MEGAALIVING and must be reviewed and approved by the business (and its legal adviser) before it is relied upon.

The warranty period and terms for your project are stated in your quotation and project agreement. This page explains the kinds of items that are typically included and excluded.

Typically included

• Manufacturing defects in modular carcasses and shutters supplied by MEGAALIVING
• Installation workmanship issues such as alignment and fixing
• Hardware functional defects, in line with the hardware manufacturer’s warranty

Typically excluded

• Damage caused by misuse, impact or unauthorised modification
• Water damage from plumbing leaks, seepage or flooding
• Normal wear and tear and natural variations in wood, stone and veneer
• Appliances and third-party products, which carry their own manufacturer warranties
